You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create an organizer account, sell tickets, collect funds or receive payouts. If you use the Service for a company, couple, client or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them. Guests under 18 may participate only with appropriate parent, guardian or organizer involvement.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Protect your password, sign-in method, devices, QR codes and account access.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud or misuse.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account unless caused by SecVite’s breach of a non-waivable legal duty.

We may require identity, business, bank-account or other verification before enabling features or releasing funds.

SecVite provides tools for event planning, digital and uploaded invitations, RSVPs, guest management, QR and offline check-in, vendors, ticketing, gifting, cashless spraying, payment reconciliation and related event operations. Atlas provides automated planning assistance and may hand a planning summary to WhatsApp. Features, limits and availability may vary by country, device, event or payment method and may change over time.

SecVite is a technology platform, not the organizer, venue, planner, vendor, bank, insurer or payment-card issuer. Organizers are responsible for their events and offers. Payment services are supplied through regulated third-party providers.

• Provide complete and truthful event, ticket, refund, venue, accessibility, safety and organizer information.
• Deliver the event, admission, goods, gifts, prizes or services described to guests and contributors.
• Obtain all permits, licences, insurance, venue permissions and approvals required for the event.
• Comply with consumer, advertising, tax, privacy, intellectual-property, anti-discrimination, health, safety and other applicable laws.
• Have a lawful basis to upload guest or vendor data, send invitations and communications, and use photographs or invitation designs.
• Clearly disclose material restrictions, refund terms, age limits, risks and changes, and respond promptly to guest complaints.
• Ensure check-in devices and authorized staff are appropriately prepared, charged and secured for event-day use.

• Provide accurate identity, contact and payment information.
• Review event details, prices, fees, refund terms and restrictions before paying.
• Use invitations, tickets and QR codes only as authorized and do not copy, resell or transfer them contrary to the organizer’s rules.
• Comply with lawful event, venue, safety and conduct requirements.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing names, messages, images or payment information.

Current SecVite pricing is displayed before the relevant transaction. Unless a different price is clearly shown, creating events, invitations, guest lists and check-in is free, while a 5% service fee applies to paid tickets and to cash gifts, contributions and spraying. This fee is paid by the buyer or giver in addition to the ticket price or gift amount, and is shown separately at checkout, so the organizer or celebrant receives the full face value. Fees may be capped per ticket or per contribution. Taxes, currency conversion, bank, card-network, mobile-money or other third-party charges may apply and may not be controlled by SecVite.

Organizers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting and remitting taxes arising from their events, ticket sales, gifts, payouts or business activities, except where the law requires SecVite or a payment provider to do so.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party providers, including Flutterwave where available, and are subject to their terms, technical limits and compliance checks. SecVite is not a bank and does not accept deposits. References to “wallet” or “escrow” describe the Service’s transaction and settlement workflow; funds may be held or safeguarded by a payment provider or other authorized financial institution pending settlement.

We or our providers may delay, reverse, reserve, offset, reject or withhold a transaction or payout where reasonably necessary for identity verification, refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, sanctions, anti-money-laundering obligations, negative balances, legal process, an event dispute or provider requirements. Payout timing is an estimate, not a guarantee, and depends on successful verification and external payment systems.

The organizer must publish a clear cancellation and refund policy consistent with applicable consumer law. Organizers are responsible for event cancellations, postponements, material changes, non-delivery and authorized refunds. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

SecVite may facilitate or require a refund where the organizer authorizes it, the law or payment provider requires it, we hold relevant unsettled funds, or there is credible evidence of fraud, duplicate payment or non-delivery. Organizer balances and future payouts may be used to satisfy refunds, chargebacks, penalties and related provider costs. Cash gifts and voluntary contributions may be non-refundable once settled unless law, fraud findings or the stated event terms require otherwise.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including invitation designs, images, event text, messages and logos. You grant SecVite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, display, transmit and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote at your direction, and improve the Service.

You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions needed to use it and that it does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, law or third-party rights.

Organizers must collect and use guest and vendor data lawfully, provide any required privacy information, limit access to authorized team members and use the data only for legitimate event purposes. You must not upload sensitive or unnecessary information or use SecVite data for unsolicited marketing without a lawful basis. Our processing is further described in the Privacy Policy.

Atlas and other automated features may produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable suggestions. They are planning aids, not professional legal, financial, tax, medical, security or safety advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making event decisions. Do not rely on generated content where professional advice or independent verification is reasonably required.

Offline check-in is designed to operate when connectivity is poor, but results depend on compatible devices, available local event data, power, staff procedures and later synchronization. No technology eliminates all risks of duplicate entry, device loss, stale data or operational error. Organizers should maintain appropriate event-day contingency and safety procedures.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet or mobile-network failures, app stores, payment providers, venues, devices and events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt features.

You must not use the Service to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, bribery or another unlawful activity.
• Create a deceptive, fictitious, unsafe or unlawful event or misrepresent an organizer, ticket, gift, charity, beneficiary or use of funds.
• Sell prohibited goods or services or collect funds for unlawful, hateful, exploitative or harmful activity.
• Harass, discriminate against, exploit or endanger another person.
• Infringe privacy, confidentiality, publicity or intellectual-property rights.
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass security or gain unauthorized access to the Service or another account.
• Introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, manipulate analytics or misuse invitations, payment links, QR codes or referral systems.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. We may limit, suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel transactions or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to investigate a breach, protect users or funds, comply with law or provider requirements, manage risk or protect the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Provisions concerning payments, taxes, user content, disputes, liability, indemnity and other matters that by nature should survive will continue after termination.

SecVite and its licensors own the Service, software, brands, designs and platform content, excluding user content. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

The Service may depend on or link to payment providers, app stores, WhatsApp, Google, Apple, vendors and other third parties. Their services are governed by separate terms. SecVite is not responsible for third-party acts, content, availability or security except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SecVite disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. SecVite does not guarantee attendance, event quality, organizer or guest conduct, vendor performance, fundraising results, payout timing or the accuracy of user or generated content. These exclusions do not affect warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecVite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or losses caused by an event, organizer, guest, vendor, venue, third-party service or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, SecVite’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid directly to SecVite in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of non-waivable data-protection or consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, an organizer will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SecVite and its officers, employees and affiliates from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the organizer’s event, content, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, tax obligations, infringement of rights, or failure to deliver advertised tickets, refunds, goods or services, except to the extent caused by SecVite’s own breach or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction, disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing or sale of the Service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and terms displayed at a transaction form the entire agreement concerning the Service.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, risk or law. We will post the revised version and date and provide additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of agreement.
