Digital invitations

Share each guest their own invitation by WhatsApp, email, SMS or private link, carrying a unique QR code that becomes their entry pass. Print-ready PDFs are available for guests who still want paper.

Invitation card design

Design the card itself in the app: edit a template's wording, images and colours from your phone, or upload the design your designer already delivered. Both routes produce the same working invitation, with each guest's QR code attached automatically.

Online RSVP

Every invitation carries its own response link. Going, maybe and declined update one live list, with automatic or manual approval and clear plus-one control, so the number you hand the caterer is the real number.

Private & exclusive events

QR-code gate check-in, offline

Load the approved guest list before doors open, then scan unique invitation QR codes with support for one or several gates and unreliable connectivity. Prepared devices can record check-ins offline and sync when connectivity returns.

Vendor management

Add your caterer, decorator, DJ, MC, photographer and security, assign task checklists and timelines, and track what you agreed, paid and still owe — plus who has arrived on the day.

Tickets & payments

Sell paid tickets and keep the stated ticket price. The current standard service fee is shown at checkout and paid by the buyer, and each ticket doubles as a QR entry pass.

Spray & Gift — cashless cash gifting

Guests spray any amount by scanning the event QR — no app download — and every gift lands on a live board you can cast to the venue screen. Funds are held in escrow and settled to the celebrants.
