Flat 5% when you collect money

Who pays the 5%?
The buyer or giver sees it before confirming.
If you sell a ₦10,000 ticket, the guest pays ₦10,500 and you receive ₦10,000. If a guest sprays ₦5,000, they pay ₦5,250 and the celebrant receives ₦5,000. The fee is not deducted from the amount you expected to receive.
Supported transactions are processed through payment providers including Flutterwave where available, then handled through SecVite’s settlement workflow. Fees may be capped, and taxes, currency conversion or other third-party charges can apply. See how payments and settlement work.

Is SecVite free?

Are there charges based on the number of guests?
No. SecVite does not charge per guest. Creating and running a free event remains free regardless of the guest-list size.
Can I turn off cash gifting?
Yes. Cash gifting and Spray & Gift are optional event features, so an organiser can run invitations, RSVP and check-in without enabling them.
Do I pay per event?

What currencies and payments does SecVite support?
SecVite supports Nigerian Naira (₦) and US Dollars ($), so guests anywhere can pay for tickets or send cash gifts. Payments are processed through our licensed partner and funds are held in secure escrow, then settled to your verified account after your event.
