Tell us what you’re planning—or what needs fixing

Include your event date, location and approximate guest count, along with the part you need help with. For a technical issue, tell us whether you use iPhone or Android and describe what happened just before the problem. Please do not send passwords, card details, verification codes or other sensitive information.

For an event already in progress, include the event name and the email address or phone number linked to your SecVite account. That gives the team enough context to investigate without making you repeat the story across several messages.
