Do I need to download anything to start?

No. You can begin with Atlas on WhatsApp without an account or app download, then move into SecVite when you are ready to run the plan.

How do guests RSVP?

Guests open their personal invitation link and choose going, maybe or declined from their phone browser; no guest app is required.

See online RSVP

Can I approve guests manually?

Yes. Organisers can use automatic confirmation or review RSVP and access requests manually when an event needs tighter control.

Can guests bring a plus-one?

Organisers can manage plus-ones and household or family groups as part of the event guest record rather than reconciling them later.

03

Guest management & check-in

Preparing the list, organising a team and keeping the gate moving.

Can SecVite manage a large wedding guest list?

Yes. SecVite supports guest groups, event officers and check-in workflows designed for both intimate and large celebrations.

How does QR check-in work?

Each approved invitation carries a unique QR code. An officer scans it in SecVite and the arrival is recorded against that guest.

Does check-in work without internet?

Yes. Load the event and approved guest list onto check-in devices before doors open, scan offline and sync the records when connectivity returns.

What if a guest loses their QR code?

A check-in officer can use the invitation-code fallback and guest list to resolve a legitimate arrival.

04

Gifting, spraying & payments

How guests give from a browser and how organisers keep a reconciled record.

How do guests send cash gifts?

Guests open the event gifting page from a link or QR code, choose an amount and complete the payment from their phone browser.

See Spray & Gift

Do guests need an app to spray?

No. The Spray & Gift experience runs in the guest's phone browser, so an app download is not required.

How does the live Spray Board work?

As enabled contributions arrive, the event can display guest names, messages and amounts on a live board shown at the venue.

How are event funds settled?

Supported transactions move through SecVite's payment and settlement workflow, subject to verification and the payment provider's requirements.

05

Vendors & event day

Keeping responsibilities visible when the celebration is already moving.

Can I manage vendors in SecVite?

Yes. Add vendors, record agreed work, assign tasks and timelines, and track paid and outstanding amounts.

Can I see whether a vendor has arrived?

SecVite supports event-day vendor status so the team can see who is present and what still needs attention.

What is the Command Center?

The Command Center is the organiser's live view of guests, check-in, vendors and event money in one place.

Can my team help without seeing my money?

Yes. Role-based event access is intended to give officers and collaborators the tools they need without exposing unrelated organiser controls.
